Covered Goods {Review}

I am not the mom who can nurse without covering myself somehow. More power to you if you can, mama! I just can’t. I found myself not wanting to nurse in public very often, just because I was worried about modesty. Now, some will argue that you are feeding your baby, so do what you have to do. Don’t think I didn’t feed my little one. I always fed them, just not always comfortably. I felt like my back was showing, my stomach hanging out or even a nip slip. A nursing cover is essential for me.

I found Covered Goods a while back and I am so happy they wanted to work with BurritoBuzz. This nursing cover is so much more than just a nursing cover!

Not only does it give you full front and back coverage, it also functions as a car seat cover, scarf and shopping cart cover!  

As a nursing cover, it has a flexible neck that can be worn down under one arm and it also makes it easy to look at your baby. There is no worry that your baby will kick or pull your cover off. It is extremely light weight, my little one didn’t care that he was covered.

Unlike other covers for your car seat and shopping cart, it’s not bulky! It’s made of thin stretchy cotton material that you can wear as a scarf until you need or it fits inside any diaper bag or purse.

There are no straps, snap, or velcro. It takes seconds to put on and take off of anything. It even worked on the double seater carts at Aldi!

I played with it as a car seat cover on many infant carriers and I didn’t find one that it didn’t cover. I wish I had one when my littles were newborns! It is so much nicer than using a blanket or those “car seat covers” that tend to get caught on stuff and just annoyed me.

At $34.99, it is a little higher than most “nursing covers” but again, it’s not just a nursing cover! It comes in multiple prints, so there are many styles to choose from or you can get a several! (I probably will because they are so cute!) With this product having multiple functions, you are saving a lot of money!

It’s definitely 5 stars and an absolute must have for any baby registry!
